Mr. Farrell began his engineering career at Grotto Engineering where he quickly became an integral part of the team. As a staff engineer, Mr. Farrell performed a variety of tasks which initially included daily construction inspection, preparing specifications for bid and conducting plan reviews. Over time Mr. Farrell’s responsibilities have been expanded to include site design in support of the development of site and subdivision plans for a number of projects throughout the State of New Jersey, design of road construction plans and specifications for municipal clients, and the preparation of documents required to conduct a Federal Procurement Process for professional services.
